This definitely the best hotel in Santa Cruz, modern, clean and excellent bed comfort. Best breakfast. and it really beat the Tajibo for a huge.

The Staff was courteous, professional, and accomodating. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant has a great selection, good presentation, and the foods is excellent.

Beautiful hotel with great view. Needs to improve.
The hotel is beautiful but they still need to train their staff. They need more people for valet parking, at the lobby and at the restaurant. There is no closet space. It is made for business men who stay for one or 2 days. I had no place to put my clothing as well as my daughter's clothing.
The supervisor left her key (the one that opens all the doors) in my bedroom as well as a master key to keep the air conditioner and light on. When my daughter and I arrived to the room, it was freezing and all the light were on. No one answered the phone (line 1) which was supposed to be the guest line. We had to call several times to get a reply. There was a party in the first floor on Friday and we could hear the music in our room (5th floor) Lots of traffic on the bridge during rush hours.

I have stayed in plenty of hotels around the world, but I have never seen a staff so friendly and welcoming
The pool view is incredible. But it feels empty. They should put more decoration into it.
